My passion for wine, just like for the culinary, is based on good ingredients and artisanal techniques. Small wine producers work hard year after year to have the best possible harvest and then go to work with that harvest to produce the best possible wine. This is really meticulous craftsmanship, and you can taste that. The differences in the work in the vineyard and the weather influences determine the product that the wine producer gets to work with in the wine cellars every year.

My wine cellar is therefore only filled with quality wines.

The wines I choose are from producers I know myself, some of whom have become friends. Time and again I visit the vineyards and the cellar, and I get informed about the progress of the growth and ripening of the grapes and the activities in the wine cellar.
